Administration
The Sheriff of Benton County is the Commander and Chief of the Posse. For the administration of its own affairs, the following are elected annually by the membership:
- Captain
- First Lieutennant
- Second Lieutennant of Personnel & Equipment
- Treasurer
- Secretary
